Notary services $5 each

  1. Bring in documents UNSIGNED and a valid PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
    (we can print on-site for additional fee)
  2. Pay your fee(s) & fill the document out in front of the licensed Notary
  3. The Notary Public will verify your ID and their ability to Notarize your paperwork
  4. That's it, your papers are notarized!

What CAN be notarized?

  • Real estate contracts
  • Bill of Sale
  • Title transfers
  • Bank documents
  • Personal or Business Contracts & Agreements
  • Government forms & applications requiring notarized signatures

What CANNOT be notarized?

  • Photos
  • Official government documents like Birth Certificates/Passports/Visas
  • Incomplete documents or blank paper
  • Documents with incomplete or misleading notarial certificate wording
  • Any document where the notary public has a compelling doubt about whether the principal signatory knows the consequences of the transaction requiring the notarial act.

Our notaries have final say whether they will affix the notary stamp to any document.
