How to send a return for FREE to Amazon without going to Los Lunas or Albuquerque

  DO NOT choose the UPS Store drop-off...we are not a UPS Store franchise

1. Choose UPS Drop-off Points

2. E-mail us the label so we can print it

First....

Then send to a friend (that's us...we're your friend!)

3. Enter belen@packpostship.com to the e-mail field as shown above

If you want to add your e-mail address, phone number, or other info to the message that's fine so we can identify you when you drop off the package

  Be sure to bring your return box to us before the cut-off date

• Put the item back in the packaging Amazon sent it in; re-pack it the same way if possible
• NO TAPE NEEDED! Bring the box with the item to us and we'll inspect it and tape it closed to make sure everything will arrive safely.
• If you don't have the box anymore or we need to put filler in the box to protect the item (only fragile stuff usually) there could be an extra charge for either a box or filler, but it's the best way to get your refund from Amazon without any hassle.
• If you already printed the label (on a real label or plain paper) it's fine we can still take it. Bring it with you when you bring the item/package. You don't have to e-mail the label to us in that case.
